New Ideas(click to read the original post by Dr. Andy Skadberg at IAmSharing.ning.com)

I Quote Dr. Skadberg:

Yesterday I went to Wikipedia to see if there was a place to post my
Regional Revitalization and Empowerment Strategy. There wasn’t. They
don’t include new, original or novel works by individuals.

This presented an opportunity in my mind. Why is “old” or established
knowledge the only thing being collected in a repository. What about
instreaming consciousness?

My son Devon had the idea to create an “Idea Box”. I am posting this
blog in order to gestate this idea, or to invite a dialogue from others.

We should create a Wikipedia repository for new ideas. I would appreciate others insights.

All the Best,
Andy

This Quote comes from IAmSharing.Ning.com, A virtual place, Bringing Meaning to the Web.

I have yet to write at IAmSharing, but this is a continuation of the gestation of Devon’s idea.

This wikispace is here for the purpose of in-streaming consciousness.

I set up this wikispace with a bit of faith. It is at this point in
time available with the same amount of features and bells and whistles
that the people at wikispaces.net charge a substantial amount to host,
on a monthly basis. To operate the wikispace at the same level it is at
now will be considered moderately expensive. To some people,
prohibitively so. At the moment beyond this time-frame of another
couple of weeks or so, it would be basically prohibitively expensive
for me to operate it at that same level.

The only thing I can do is archive, and gain an understanding of what
would have to be replicated; where it could be, and at what costs.

I have faith. I will faithfully say that we will gain support from
within our group, and that collectively, if this is the correct path to
follow, which I believe it is, we will find the way to finance the
upkeep of some form of the wikispace. The Repository for New Ideas,
Devon’s IdeaBox.

To myself, a repository for new ideas should not REALLY be a simple
repository, but an active living extension of the ideas themselves.
A Pro-active Repository for new ideas, and a collection point for
bringing in new ideas from the outside, that IS Exogeny Network, that
IS this wikispace, that IS why I have faith.
“Exogeny” by definition means “bringing in new from the outside”. New
to us, me, you, Andy, Devon, everyone at IAmSharing on Ning, everyone
who knows me on Ning; everyone who WILL know me on Ning. Everyone will
be touched by this.

In this spirit, and the spirit of hopefullness, the spirit of inspired faith (thank you Devon); I humbly ask for your support of the wikispace.

This code widget is for a Donate Button, for PayPal, what you will see
when you click is the capability to Donate using the PayPal service. As
it is what we can do at the moment to provide the channel for receiving
what we are asking for, your support. Exogeny Media Partners and
specifically, the Dawn of Shades Radio Program, which is what the
Donate button is configured to support; has granted the permission and
blessing to unequivocally endorse the exogeny.wikispaces.net project.
Funding for this project and our other endeavors is made transparent to
any individual or corporate entity who wishes to support our efforts.
If you Donate, you have a guarantee that we have open books for you to
validate that what you donate towards is what is done. Simple, fair,
and to be expected from us.

Please Donate.
It will cost just under $10,000.00 (U.S.) to fund this project for the Calendar year.
I know there will be some people reading this who can help, and I know they will.

If you have any questions about this activity, please do not hesitate to contact me immediately, at admin@exogenynetwork.com.

I will keep everyone posted on progress, and I can say with a modicum of certainty that, the transparency will not be an issue.

Please fund this project.

I will be posting further about The Exogeny Center, where this wikispace is hosted, what it is for, and many other topics.
Please pay attention to these bits of information, please visit http://www.exogenynetwork.com, and please help.

This doesn’t have to be spectacular, rather, spectacularly effective.
